For IT and AI leaders: a half-day where one of your own workflows gets the questions an auditor would ask - before it goes into production.

Sooner or later someone will audit your AI. The questions are predictable. Which agent approved this decision, on what data, and who signed off. Whether one agent could borrow access it should never have had. What happened when the rules changed, and whether a person could step in when something went wrong.

Many multi-agent setups can't answer them yet, because the gaps sit between the agents - where nobody designed for identity, access or traceability. In this workshop Weiwei Feng takes a workflow of your own through those questions with you, while it's still cheap to change. You leave with traceability you can show, instead of reconstructing it afterwards.

• A clear answer to who decides what, on what data, and when, in that workflow.
• The governance model for it: identity, distributed security, and the points where your people stay in control.

Not a formal audit or compliance review, and not a product demo. Building the solution is a separate step. You should already have an AI initiative or a demo on the table.

• Before the workshop: a short description of one workflow you want to get into production - what it does, which systems and data it touches, and where people make decisions today
• Cancellations made 4–2 weeks before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start will be charged 100% of the course fee.

Who's running it

Weiwei Feng is a former Global AI Director at Capgemini, where she contributed to a group-wide AI offering and getting enterprise AI into production - including turning a long-stalled project into a working solution in a matter of weeks. She now builds Stolonic: a multi-agent engine with identity, distributed security and traceability built in, designed from the business requirements with the domain expert on the team.
